We have urgent opening for the position of Territory Manager with one of the leading life Insurance Company in Bancassurance - Wealth Management Vertical for Mumbai Location.
Job Description :
- It's a team handling role, Territory Manager has to handle a team of 8 to 10 Relationship Managers in Bancassurance vertical with IDFC Bank relationship.
- The role involves wealth management profile into sales and need to generate business through premium / elite customers i.e HNI, HNW, NRI with the help of Sales Team.
- Responsible for business target achievement for the region assigned, through partner branches.
- Ensuring profitability of the channel by driving productivity and various sales initiatives
- Target setting and goal alignment with assigned channel partners; and to support the channel partner in achieving the agreed business target.
- Goal Setting, monitoring/tracking of team sales activities & guidance to team for achieving performance standards
- Tracking competition activities in the assigned market and in general.
- To organize sales campaigns, product launches and conduct training at partner branches.
- Identifying and exploiting new business opportunities with an objective to increase business and strengthen ties with the partner.
- Ensuring adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines.
- Adhering to regulatory requirements & monitoring quality of business.
- Ensuring timely resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience.
